BOOKING CONDITIONS

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS
All booking arrangements for accommodation and tours are made with Hugh and Jane. You will be required to pay a deposit of 40% on booking and sign and acknowledge these Booking Conditions. A firm contract will exist between you and Hugh and Jane from the date of our letter acknowledging receipt of your deposit and confirming your booking.

INSURANCE
It is a condition of booking that you take out comprehensive holiday insurance, including Medevac, Casevav and personal public liability. Please ensure that your policy covers 'hazardous sports' if you wish to take part in parasailing, paragliding, white-water rafting or diving during your holiday. The details of your insurance and the Insurance Company emergency contact numbers are to be forwarded to Hugh and Jane at the time of making your final payment.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payments are to be made as requested on the Initial booking letter, which will be no later than six weeks before the start of your holiday. If the final payment is not received by then we reserve the right to cancel your booking. If your booking is made within six weeks of the holiday, full payment will be required at that time.

FLIGHTS
You will be responsible for making your own flight arrangements. Hugh and Jane can offer advice to assist you.

PASSPORT AND VACCINATIONS
Each person shall be responsible for carrying a valid passport for the duration of their holiday and ensuring they have the appropriate vaccinations. We can advise on visas for entry into Turkey, but vaccination advice should be sought from your own doctor.

SURCHARGES
Hugh and Jane reserve the right to increase the cost of your holiday should Government action, currency fluctuations or increases in local charges dictate. We will inform you of any changes that may occur between the time of your holiday enquiry and making your booking.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify Hugh and Jane in writing. The following sums will be payable according to the period of notice of cancellation given prior to departure as follows:
Up to six weeks before start of the holiday   Deposit forfeited
Between six and four weeks before start of the holiday   50% forfeited
Less than four weeks before start of the holiday   100% forfeited

CANCELLATION BY US
Hugh and Jane reserve the right to cancel your holiday up to six weeks beforehand, in which case we will offer an alternative holiday of equivalent st andard or a refund of all monies paid. If by mutual agreement a future holiday would be acceptable, the deposit would be considered valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the cancelled holiday.

COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy about any aspect of your holiday, please inform Hugh and Jane immediately and we will do our utmost to resolve any complaints. If the matter cannot be resolved, Hugh and Jane must be informed within 29 days. Liability for complaints made outside this time cannot be accepted.
