Opera and Ballet at Aspendos
International Festival

The programme for the 16th Aspendos Opera and Ballet Festival will be issued when published.

The guided tour consists of a short break or week long holiday taking in one or two performances of opera or ballet at the International Festival, typically during June and July, in the fully restored open air theatre at Aspendos near Antalya.

Accommodation is in a restored Ottoman house in Kaleici, the historic harbour area of Antalya.

Performances at Aspendos are interspersed with a programme of sight seeing and guided tours in this region of Turkey. Explore ancient Hellenistic and Roman cities and visit the new museum in Antalya which houses recently excavated statuary. During the tour a night is spent in a hotel on the beach at Olympos, from where you can visit the eternal flame of the Chimera and stay at a lodge in the Toros Mountains in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

As this is a tailor made holiday, prices will depend on the length of stay and the number of guests taking part. Prices will include accommodation, most meals, guides, tickets, entrance fees and transport with driver but excludes flights, refreshments and gratuities.
