around the country.
Great mountain ranges cross the south and east of the country,
with the high Anatolian Plain filling the centre.
The Turkish people are forward looking and modern. They retain
an ancient hospitality and are genuinely friendly and helpful.

The holiday season is from April to October. The temperature
averages 25°C in April and 35°C in August. There is
a reliable cooling sea breeze from June to September.
